I had Patrick install a new natural gas furnace in my place in April. Their quote was maybe 5-7% higher than the much larger competing HVAC company, but I like the idea of giving business to smaller business owners. CAS handled the install in 1 day, easily.
About 9 months later in late December, I woke up early in the morning to a cold house. Seems one of the wires on the igniter in the unit was faulty/loose (manufacturer issue, no installer). I called Patrick, and it went straight to v-mail. After leaving a message, I started to wonder if I shouldn't have gone with a larger company with more comprehensive customer support. Well, within 60 seconds of leaving the message I got a call back, and within 20 minutes, a very friendly mechanic was in my basement. He fixed the ignition error problem at no cost, and even took a quick peak at my gas fireplace that had been having some issues.
Speaking as both a customer, and also a contractor - 10/10 experience.

Patrick was very fair and one of a few companies that did what he said they would do. His workers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. A whole new heating and air conditioner condensing unit was needed after 21 years. His work was better than the original and he included the proper sized humidifier in the unit ( on the proper hot air side after the filter) vs the original that was too small and put in the wrong place (cold air return). We highly recommend Patrick to others.

Patrick and his crew replaced my 18yo Oil Furnace and Central Air last Saturday morning. They arrived on time, told me what to expect and they were done in a bit over 3 hours. Its been 90 plus degrees and the system is working flawlessly keeping us cool. The basement was left clean and neat, the price was great too. We put in the builder grade lennox product with a honeywell 2 zone control. Very pleased.
